Ip Man Wing Chun kung fu is a traditional Chinese Martial Art.
Wing Chun offers self-defence for men and women and you don't have to be big and strong!
By learning to use less energy, to have a good position and by using the energy of your opponent, this Martial Art can still be used very effectively at an older age.

Apart from effective self-defence, training Wing Chun will also allow you to work on your health, confidence and posture. Moreover, you will be able to learn much more about relaxation as this is one of the most important aspects of Wing Chun.
All these aspects can be learned in a pleasant way in our school.
Grandmaster Ip Man is one of the biggest names in Wing Chun kung fu. In full we practise Ip Man Wing Chun kung fu. We are proud that this skill has been passed down so clearly and with so much detail through our lineage. We train in the line of Grandmaster Ip Chun (the oldest son of Grandmaster Ip Man), via Grandmaster Tse and Master Moy.
Classes are held in the Leiden - Leiderdorp area by Sifu van Zon.
Sifu van Zon is an authorised Wing Chun, Qigong and Chun Yuen Quan instructor of the Tse Qigong Centre and our school is part of this centre.
Lessons are in a relaxed, friendly and safe environment.
The goal of training is getting better, not to get injured.
We don't use a gradingsystem and therefore normal trainers, jogging pants and t-shirt can be used.
Thursdays from 9pm-10pm
